These are the only times and days that we train. I will not be providing alternate workouts or providing workouts ahead of time. I will also not be providing workouts or watching workouts if you show up on a day that is not on our schedule. If a day is missed, it is not the end of the world, just attempt to show up to the next date available. If there are any questions email me at

Senior Middle Distance Group Schedule for October 2016 is available….  Click here!  See below for extra important training information.

Please note that due to the sun setting earlier, there will be changes to locations and starting times.  If you have concerns, please contact me; I can make alternative arrangements for your workout.

During the week, if the weather looks poor, please feel free to text me to see if the workout is still happening.  However, only if the weather is unsafe will we cancel. Pack your workout bags with sufficient layers, toques, ear protection, scarves, and mitts. On Saturdays, once we hit October, the alternative location for workouts is the Pan Am Pool at noon if the weather is inclement.  We will be in the pool doing deep water running (you would bring $5.00 to get in and a quarter for the locker). To get in the deep end, you need to be able to swim a couple of widths.  I will email the morning of, if this is option is occurring at about 9:00am.
