Training Groups – return from Post Indoor Break

I hope you’re all excited to get back to training and gearing up for a great outdoor season. All of you have impressed me this indoor season which we all know it hard to do but it doesn’t stop here. It’s time to start building for the outdoor season not just physically but mentally as well.
Training will begin for our group on Monday April 3rd at 5:30pm (practice starts at 5:30, do not walk in and put your shoes on at 5:30).
But before anybody trains on Monday, Oyinko and myself are requiring all of you to take part in one on one meetings with us. This is to help us understand what you want this outdoor season, how you plan to get there and how we can help.
Meetings can be scheduled any day from Monday March 27-Thursday March 30. MondayWednesday meetings will be 15 minutes each from 4:30pm-6:30 pm. On Thursday meetings will be 15 minutes each from 4:30pm-6:00pm. All meetings will take place at the indoor track.

 

Junior Development Group with Dimitri, Noelle and Stephen are back and holding regular practices.

Pole Vault Group have resumed training this week , March 20th and will be Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday at 5:00 PM.

Throws Group with Reed Rimke will continue through March with practices for  Shot, Discus and Hammer on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Hello All,

What a great track meet this past weekend! The Boeing meet was awesome. Congratulations to all our runners, jumpers, and parents who participated. Great Job!!!

Many of you have been wondering about our schedule for this March. I have included a schedule for March bellow.  Please see attached schedule for practice times.

We are now beginning a phase of training to help us prepare for the outdoor season. Commitment and regularity is appreciated. We have lots of work ahead of us, and I want to make sure each of you have another successful season.

Thank you for your hard work and commitment to the sport. You all did very well, and I am proud of you all.
