National Cross Country News 2016

It was a cool and wet day underfoot at Fort Henry in Kingston (Ontario). Erin V. ran an excellent race, finishing in 30th place against women up to four years older than her. Erin ran her fastest time ever for 6km this day, 22:36; a time that would be the envy of many university athletes. Noah H. also had a fine run, running his fastest time ever for 6km in the youth race. Jennie BP ran in her final cross country race as a team-eligible junior woman and she can look back with pride at running for Canada three times, including the World Junior Championships in 2015 in China.
