Junior Development Workout Times

All JD practices are at Max Bell Centre this week Sept. 26. Mon (5:15 PM), Tuesday 5:30 PM, Wed. 5:15 PM, Thursday at 5:15 PM. Weekend practices for Junior Development Group will be continuing  this weekend on Sat, Oct. 1 at 11:00 AM and Sunday, Oct. 2 at Noon with Stephen Katopodis.  Practices will be at Max Bell, meet in the portable aluminum stands at the south end of the Jim Daly Fieldhouse.

Intermediate Power-Speed Workout Times

All Intermediate Power Speed practices will be in Max Bell starting Monday, Sept. 26 with practices also Wed., Thursday (all at 5:30 PM start) and also on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016 at 12:00 Noon.

Please note that due to the sun setting earlier, there will be changes to locations and starting times.  If you have concerns, please contact me; I can make alternative arrangements for your workout.

During the week, if the weather looks poor, please feel free to text me to see if the workout is still happening.  However, only if the weather is unsafe will we cancel. Pack your workout bags with sufficient layers, toques, ear protection, scarves, and mitts. On Saturdays, once we hit October, the alternative location for workouts is the Pan Am Pool at noon if the weather is inclement.  We will be in the pool doing deep water running (you would bring $5.00 to get in and a quarter for the locker). To get in the deep end, you need to be able to swim a couple of widths.  I will email the morning of, if this is option is occurring at about 9:00am.
